FABRIC acquired this 6700 sf mixed-use building in the Summer of 2017. A major renovation was completed in December 2018. Kiln operates the first coworking space in Carlsbad Village. Jeune et Jolie is a modern french restaurant dedicated to celebrating the idea of a transportive dining experience, inspired by the unpretentious sophistication characteristic of modern French cuisine and a culture of genuine hospitality. Jeune was the recipient of a Michelin Star in September of 2021, 2022 and 2023.
