The project is a 7,000 sf mixed-use building in the heart of Carlsbad Village. Kiln operates the first coworking space in Carlsbad Village. Jeune et Jolie is a modern french restaurant dedicated to celebrating the idea of a transportive dining experience, inspired by the unpretentious sophistication characteristic of modern French cuisine and a culture of genuine hospitality. Jeune was the recipient of a Michelin Star in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
