FABRIC acquired these two classic 1950’s coastal buildings in the Summer of 2021. Through an adaptive reuse plan that highlights existing architectural features, the two buildings house seven dynamic food and beverage outposts that come together to form the social dining and drinking hub of South Oceanside.
The Collective includes; HomeState, Corner Pizza, Artifex Brewing, Blackmarket Bakery, Tanner’s Prime Burgers, Blue Bowl and Little Fox Cups & Cones.
